Bell Peppers
We stood in front of the vegetable row in a grocery store, fascinating over the various, vivid colours of peppers. We decided to have a tasting of all 4 kinds.

The raw, sharp flavour of the green pepper won my vote, but the sweetness of the orange pepper was acclaimed ‘just right’ by the majority. Peppers are all green in their youth and change colour as they ripen. Compared to the green pepper, there is a lot more vitamin C in the warmer coloured peppers.
As the years go by, our bodies mature, our variety of ages makes our kind just as colourful, just as interesting.

How poetic… nature’s like that.

You can just slice them up, dig out the seeds, wash ‘em, and off you go. Yum!
