Absolutely Jim, easier said than done, And to do it enough times that it becomes habit then nature, gosh, I don’t know many people who does. And truth is not conventional many a times.
Easier said than done!
When in public, whenever I do the above three, I get criticized and negative things said about me. So I stick to it, within’ my family.
